The apartment is in the best conditions , it is newly furnished and equipped. In the apartment you will find a dishwasher , a refrigerator , a freezer , a washing. machine , a dryer , an iron , an oven , a toaster , a coffee maker , vacuum cleaner , a big screen TV , cable TV with the basic access , ADSL Internet and Wi-Fi access Also the apartment is near the public transportation. There are no problems if you have any pets , as long as you clean up after them . I am not interested to make a lot of money from the rent as I am interested to find a tenant that will take goof care of the property until my return . Because I had to move to London so soon I didn’t had time to find a trustworthy agent , don’t have any friends in the area to send the keys .I found an alternate solution in order to close the transaction safe for the both of us , it is an international delivery solution called MoneyBookers Services , they will provide assistance in handling the payment and delivery of the Keys and Lease Agreement . I just got a money transfer notification from person so called Stephen Alexander, whose email is alexanderwithlove19@yahoo.com, here’s the details from the payment below and I was asked to pay the mover agent for $300, which is very suspicious to me, it’s very lucky to find this post and this time this guy used a different name for scam!!!!! please ring your bell for alert! The mover agent’s name is same as described from here: Lauren Dare who is supposed to stay in Nigeria.

Thanks for your mail and yes have already made the payment and the money has been deducted from my account to yours immediately i made it but paypal will not credit the fund into your account not until they receive the confirmation of the money you are sending to my Mover agent from you for their verification process and once the fund confirmation of the money has been verified and confirmed by the paypal team,your account will be credited and they are just doing this to protect both side which am very sure is a good plan for both of us,So you can get the money sent first thing on Monday before you travel to Brisbane and forward the confirmation to the paypal team and am very sure your account will be even credited before you travel and My mover agent can go ahead to get my Stuff packed over there as soon as possible,once you said you are going to leave the keys to your trust worthy friend(Richard),i think this will work out and i will be able to move in unfailingly this week.So i will be looking forward to read back from you as soon as you are through with the western union money transfer.
